<strong><h6>The Data Controller of your personal data is Currency Lending Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zielona Gora ("Currency Lending"). The data included in the application will be processed for the purpose of verification of your application and the recruitment process. Providing the data is voluntary, but it is necessary to evaluate your application. The legal basis for processing your personal data is to take actions at the request of the data subject (Candidate), prior to the conclusion of the contract (Article 6(1b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council). If the data transferred exceed the catalogue indicated in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code, we will process the data provided you have given your consent (Article 6(1a) of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council) by sending us an application, as it clearly indicates your willingness to participate in a given recruitment process. You may withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on consent prior to withdrawal. We store the aforementioned data until the end of the recruitment process. Additionally, our legitimate interest (Article 6(1f) of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council), consisting in optimizing the Candidate's competence verification process by taking into account data from historical recruitment processes, will be the basis for the processing of your data to a limited extent. Therefore, we keep the following information about you: name, surname, email address (due to the necessity of unambiguous identification of the person) and information about the position you were recruited for, the date of application and the stage at which your application was rejected. We keep these details for a period of 5 years, counting from the end of the year in which the recruitment process was carried out. Access to your data may be provided to entities cooperating with us in the recruitment process, such as consulting agencies and suppliers of IT solutions supporting the recruitment process, in their capacity of data recipients within the meaning of the provisions of law. Your data will not be processed based on automated decision making, including profiling. You have the right to access your data, object to their processing, demand their erasure , rectification, limitation of processing and transferring of the data to another entity. You may exercise your rights by sending a relevant request from the email address given in the application documents to career@conotoxia.com. You are also entitled to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Stawki 2 Street; 00 - 193 Warsaw).
